Queen City Maintenance (Phen Limited LLC)

 

1. SERVICES  

Queen City Maintenance provides general handyman and property maintenance services including repairs, installations, painting, and assembly work.

 

2. ESTIMATES & PRICING  

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of estimate. Final pricing may change if additional work is required.

 

3. PAYMENT TERMS  

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

 

4. SAME-DAY SERVICE  

Same-day service is based on availability and is not guaranteed.

 

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES  

Customers must provide access to the work area and a safe working environment.

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  

Queen City Maintenance is not liable for pre-existing damage or unforeseen issues. Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

 

7. MATERIALS  

Services are provided as bundled pricing unless otherwise stated.

 

8. CANCELLATIONS  

Appointments canceled within 24 hours may incur a fee.

 

9. WARRANTY  

Concerns must be reported within 7 days for review.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW  

Governed by the laws of Ohio.
