1. COMPLETED SERVICES  

Completed services are non-refundable.

 

2. SERVICE ISSUES  

Issues must be reported within 7 days. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.

 

3. DEPOSITS  

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on materials or scheduling.

 

4. CANCELLATIONS  

Late cancellations may incur a fee.

 

5. NO-SHOWS  

Missed appointments may result in a service charge.

 

6. MATERIALS  

Material costs are non-refundable.

 

7. EXCEPTIONS  

Refunds may be issued at our discretion.
